Grilled Fish

INGREDIENTS:
-4 skinless white fish fillets: mahi-mahi, snapper, cod, bream, or pollock
-1 lemon
-1 tsp smoked paprika
-1 tsp cayenne pepper
-1 Tbsp ground pepper
-1 tsp ground oregano
-1 tsp thyme
-1 tsp salt
-1 lemon (squeeze the juice out)
-1 Tbsp olive oil
-2 cloves of garlic, peeled and grated
INSTRUCTIONS:
-mix all the ingredients, except the fish, in a bowl and set aside
-using your hands, smear the rub all over both sides of the fish fillets. Warm a nonstick grill pan over a medium-high heat and let it get nice and hot. Put your fish in the pan and cook/grill for 3-4 minutes. Turn the heat down to low and flip the filet over and cook another 3 minutes on the second side.
-cut your lemon into wedges and serve them with your fish
