Roasted Brussels Sprouts

I love brussels sprouts! Especially when they have a sweet touch to them.
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lbs brussels sprouts
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Preheat oven to 425 degrees
-line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
-in a large bowl, toss brussels sprouts with 1 tbsp of olive oil, or spray with olive oil if using spray. Toss with salt and pepper to coat thoroughly.
-transfer the brussels sprouts to baking sheet and roast until tender and carmalized, about 20 minutes.
-place brussel sprouts back on boil. Add remaining tablespoon of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey and toss to coat evenly.
-serve
