Roasted Mixed Vegetables

One of my favorite side receipes is roasting a mixture of vegetables. You can choose anything, but I typically use sweet potatoes, broccoli, red bell peppers, zucchini, onion, and carrots. It makes a beautiful colorful side dish.
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Preheat Oven to 450 degrees
-choose your vegetables. Wash and cut up to bite size pieces of each.
-line a 9x13 pan with foil
-spread all vegetable out on tray
-toss in olive oil
-sprinkle Ms. Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning over vegetables
-sprinkle garlic powder over vetetables
-Cook for estimated 30 minutes (depending on amount of vegetables). When tips start to brown and crisp, vegetables are done.
